They love spending time with their growing family.ĪSSISTANT PASTOR - INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS Randy and Ivy have two wonderful young adult sons, an amazing daughter-in-law, and a precious granddaughter. Randy’s wife Ivy has gifts in administration and service and has helped Randy significantly in developing his pastoral skills and abilities. Randy graduated in 2000 from Talbot School of Theology with a MA in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics and has a passion for making biblical truths clear and understandable to people and seeing those people transformed by God’s Word. He now directly oversees our Couples Ministry, Grandparents Matter, Prime Time (for middle agers/empty nesters), EQUIP (adult education classes), and provides pastoral guidance to those leading Men’s, Women’s, and other adult life stage ministries. Previously Randy served as our Pastor of Administration and provided shepherding over the parents of younger children. He has almost 35 years of experience in church and parachurch ministries and has served at Cornerstone for over 10 years. ✉️ serves as our Pastor of Adult Discipleship. Prior to the ministry, Dan served as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Dan holds a Masters in Theology from Talbot Seminary, as well as undergraduate degrees in Spanish and Communications from Penn State University.ĭan has served in pastoral ministry since 2008 where his focus has been on mobilizing the church, developing leaders and fostering Kingdom partnerships. They love to spend time playing in the ocean, serving, or enjoying homemade pizza together. Together they have four children, who are homeschooled. is pursued with clarity, ministry staff are well managed, and the church family is encouraged, equipped, and cared for with excellence as it seeks to reach the world with the love of Jesus Christ.ĭan met his wife, Michelle, in Honduras in 2001. We will pray together, we’ll hear how God has been at work through our church, provide important ministry updates, learn about new elders and deacons, present our financial results from our last fiscal year, and vote on our fiscal 2023-2024 budget.
